I started with road running, and participating in duathlons a good few years ago and really do enjoy these types of events. The multi disciplined events give you a good challenge of running, and riding. However I have found a real passion for trail running. Running in one of the many state parks, and forests we have is a great way to get away from everything and really lose yourself in running. This give you a great time to clear your mind, and does help inspire and provide for focus away from the noise of a busy life. What I am interested in now is ultra running and want to keep pushing the distance.

Sprocket Security as the Head of Product where we focus on providing continuous penetration testing, using a hybrid approach. We are growing, and we have huge potential to help customers protect their attack surface.

Worked at Semperis as an AVP of Product leading the IT Ops Product team consisting of product managers, doc team, and technical specialist  who drive new products, concepts, and innovation based on feedback to help drive our products forward, and solve what’s next for our customers. By looking at market shifts, technology advancements, and new problems to solve and provide more value to our customers.

Worked at Globalization as a Director of Product Management managing the Innovation, and Emerging product team building solutions to help customers manage their global workforce.

Quest as a Director of Product Management team within the Microsoft Platform Management business unit and lead the On Demand Management team, which consists of products for Management to enable customers to manage, and secure their Microsoft workspace. 

 

Before this I was the Vice President | Products at Binary Tree where I have worked for 10 years.

 

My career started back in London working for the Metropolitan Police in the print room.

 

I have over 25 years of experience working in the messaging industry and over 20 years of experience in migration and coexistence. I started my career as an IT Administrator and then found an interest in email systems starting with OpenMail, cc:Mail and All-In-One. From there I moved into migrations of users from one platform to another and working with various coexistence, and integration solutions. I have been an integral part in many migration and coexistence initiatives, including migrations of up to 150,000 users for some of the largest organizations around the world.

 

I have also contributed to various white papers in the migration, management, and integration arenas.​​
